🚀 Basic Usage of the Software

Finauto is designed for quick and efficient financial report generation with minimal setup.

📥 Step 1: Download Sample Data

Users can log in to their customer profile at
🔗 https://www.finautoindia.com/user/login
and download any of the following from the dashboard:

  • 📁 Excel Sample Data (Demo Data - Excel)
  • 🧾 Tally Sample Data (Demo Data - Tally)
  • 🗜️ Zip Files containing prefilled trial balance and ledgers

These help in testing the software's functionalities without first entering detailed company setups.

📊 Step 2: Auto-Generated Financial Reports

Once data is imported, the following reports are automatically generated:

  • 📄 Balance Sheet
  • 📈 Cash Flow Statement
  • 📉 Profit & Loss Statement
  • 📌 BS Notes (Balance Sheet Notes)
  • 📌 PL Notes (Profit & Loss Notes)
  • 🧮 Balance Sheet & P&L Groupings

⚠️ Not Included in Basic Usage

This basic process does not include: - Setting up the PPE (Fixed Asset) Schedule or related PPE Notes - Entering Shareholder details under Share Capital

These advanced features can be configured later via their respective modules in the software.
